Formed in January 2009 by Kevin Francis, ubiquitous hospitality provides a range of support, solutions, and development services for hospitality based businesses. 

With over twenty years of management experience within successful, quality award winning hotels and restaurants such as Gleneagles, Charingworth Manor, Lower Slaughter Manor, Marston Hotels, Holiday Inn and Whitbread Retail.  We have been responsible for achieving and maintaining AA Red Star status and multiple AA Rosette's in a number of properties whilst developing sales and profit margins.

More recently, we have experience of setting up and running a luxury assisted living and nursing home complex for the over 65's providing a fascinating experience in which five star hospitality standards were combined with all the usual services expected from a nursing environment.

We specialise with working with smaller, privately owned businesses supporting owners and their teams by providing the services and support often taken for granted by larger operators that can truly benefit the independent operator. 

We have a passion for excellent service and for developing a team to deliver excellence - consistently.
